Xiangguo Temple is one of the most famous Buddhist fane in China. It was seated in the ancient city of Kiafeng and was built in the sixth year of Tianbao of Beiqi dynasty. (A.D.555) The Xiangguo Temple was at the height of power and splendor during Tang dynasty and Song dynasty. It had a reputation of "Daxiangguo Temple top of the world". Additionally, the vivid description of it in the famous The Journey to the West and The Water Margin brought it much more reputation.
