The Cai Li Fo Kungfu has 160 years' history since the time of the founder Chen Xiang. Cai Li Fo is considered a major branch of the Lingnan art of Chinese boxing and it also spread to Hongkong, Macao, Europe, America, Australia and Africa. This set of footwork training was created by Chen Xiang, combined the footwork in the north and the south for the beginners. The meaning of five wheels is: first, five rounds in the whole set. Second, wheel is round, there are five rounds inside the routine: the arms are round when putting on the waist, the line of the body is round when turning around, the swinging up and down of the arms are round, the hooking of the legs are round and the change of the footwork is round. So it is called Wu Lun Ma (Five-wheel Footwork Training).
