Chum Kiu is a middle rank routine of Wing Chun. It has the routes and directions in rhombuses, combined with the attacking and defending hand skills, step skills, leg skills of Wing Chun.  The attacking skills include three pushing palms, and three Arm Hands of up, middle and down, and needle steps, bounding waist, kicks to the front, to the side and from the side. It's a necessary phase of Wing Chun to a higher level.
