The hands go up and down together ,but in and out alternately ,In the training ,it emphasizes the elasticty and pushing power of the forearm ,And during the practices of varous strengths ,this movement requires one to perform smoothly and powerfully ,By practicing it ,one can find a way to get closer to skills of higher level .
