Item Descriptions:

This drama tells the little known history of General Liu Bocheng, who sets up a military academy at the foot of Zhong Shan Mountain in Nanjing at the beginning of the People's Republic of China. Through the description of several generals  fates and their vicissitudes of individual life, the drama reflects their hard turn from war to peace and their efforts to build a modern and powerful new country.
