It is necessary for Chinese learner to improve their spoken ability. But, facing with Chinese, Chinese learners seemly can not do anything with it. Huge gap existed among learners which cased the uneven general level of spoken Chinese among which there are good speakers as well as primary speakers. Movies help learners prepare for real life. They are not to artificial or too far removed from real life to be of some use. Movies are listening materials with background noise which bring the learners a realistic feeling to get in touch with the life of natural spoken Chinese and enhanced their adaptability of different accent and language style.
