The ways of Ward off, Deflect, Squeeze, Press, Pull Downward, Bend Backward, Elbow Stroke, and Shoulder Stroke methods can practice the whole body touch and inner sensibility to make an effect of pre-consciousness. It is a method of practicing super techniques aimed at vigor coming from stance and overwhelming opponent.
