Shaolin Buddha Jiugong Palm attaches importance to the regulation of breath---inhalation and exhalation both of which involve the movement of the nose. Optionally, there are two kinds of breathing regulation. Firstly, relax the whole body when inhaling through the nose and tighten up the whole body while exhaling. Secondly, when inhaling, tighten up the whole body, uplift the anus, tuck in the stomach and toes clutch to the ground before giving burst to the whole body instantly by exhaling plosive sound.
