Shaolin Fire Cudgel belongs to the long weapons. It is the most typical and common set among all the Shaolin Wushu. It is said that the Shaolin Fire Cudgel worked out by Jinnaluo, the fire monk of Shaolin Temple and thus named after him. It has extensive postures and is practiced with the speed changing evenly. It processes power and soft with distinct foot technique.      The cudgel moves as neatly  and changeably as the dragon and snake. It can attack the  enemy and defend oneself at the same time. It includes    movements like beat, point, sweep, hang, move, thrust, swing  and hatch and so on. It can strength your body's  coordination and improve your constitution if you practise it for a long time.
