One-finger Martial Art is an ancient and mysterious unique skill. It is not only a practice of will, qi and strength, but also a constant practice of hard kungfu, in which flapping on finger outer parts and some of its parts can increase the finger’s force and hardness. Finally, qi and force of the whole body focus on one finger, then it gives off enormous exploding force. This is so-called one-finger martial art.
