In practice the shaking foot sends off force in dodging, spreading, moving, jumping in a loose and vivid way. The hand initiates force, leads the body and steps, with stable feet and sufficient energy. Its major applied movements are Pull downward, Bend backward, Elbow Stroke, and Shoulder Stroke, accompanied by Ward off, Deflect, Squeeze, And Press.
