Item Descriptions:
Liu Yiben, played by Chinese comedy legend Zhao Benshan, is sent to represent his village’s “department of women’s affairs” at a regional meeting. Knowing nothing about the job, Liu brags about the great achievements of his office, prompting a visit by a regional delegation. Soon the whole village is involved in a last-ditch effort to make his boasts a reality.
