Item Descriptions:

     Taijiquan's push hands allows one to test and measure their level of competency achieved in routine movement practices. The movements of the routine must be practiced correctly so that one will have increased sensitivity and be in a better position to understand their opponent's movements during push hands . Mr. Hong's grandstudent, Mr. Li Zhujun, will explain Taijiquan's peng, lu, ji, an, cai, lie, zhou and kao core techniques with his students: Mr. Wu Zhaoguang, Jiao Shengli and Song Juhui (finishers within the top 20 and final 16 in CCTV-5's Wulin Congress Chen-style Taijiquan competition).
