This series begins with the Badminton's origin, development, playing field and sports equipment and takes a systematic view upon the game: how to grip the racket, how to move, how to serve and receive the ball and how to stroke the ball, the various skills of net play, midcourt play, tactics drill, singles systems and tactics, doubles systems and exercises, defense, more-than-two-player tactical training, quasi-contest training, warming-up and special training. Additionally, all those techniques and tactics are taught by demonstration. This series claims to be the first formal audio-visual tutorial of badminton in China.
