This series starts with the rudiments such as the origin, development, court and facilities of volleyball, and proceeds further with the basic skills of volleyball and its preparation, stepping, overarm pass, skills of digging, service, spiking, blocking, erect position, attack tactics, volleyball game, specialized training of physical quality, prevention of athletic injury and many other professional knowledge. This series doesn¡¯t bother with the lecture and demonstration of every skills and disciplines so as to better your performance by correcting your fallibility. Hereby, this series claims to be the first formal and purposeful audio-visual film teaching volleyball in China.
